We specialise in Arc, Mig, and Tig welding, operating four lathes, a CNC machine, and more.
Our shop stocks engineering essentials like vee belts, pulleys, and bolts, with custom orders available.
We manufacture and install structural steel and have been involved in large contracts throughout the South Island including cool stores locally and in Blenheim and Ashburton, ice-making facilities in Nelson and Westport, the steelwork for World of Wear able art and the Classic Cars Museum, plus the grand stairs in the Rutherford Hotel.
As well as structural steel we manufacture architectural steel work in buildings such as handrails, balustrades and stairs in either mild steel or stainless steel.
The fruit industry is continually in need of engineering work to keep up with the challenges of the marketplace and we play a vital role by assisting local orchards with the types of jobs required to keep them operating efficiently .This includes packing shed construction from the design to manufacturing, installation and maintenance of fruit handling equipment for both kiwifruit and apples and assisting with breakdowns when they occur and repairs and maintenance on their orchard equipment (eg tractors, trailers, etc)
We also manufacture to order heavy duty ‘Rapier’ mowers that are a range suitable for the high demands of mowing within orchards and vineyards and supply high quality parts for our mowers.
We are an agent for Enzed Hydraulic hoses and fittings so fix hoses immediately.
